About Mark

Mark is a Partner in our Family Office Division. He joined the Group in 2014 after nearly 25 years as a lawyer in private practice specialising in international corporate and commercial work. Prior to joining the Group Mark was a Partner of the international law firm Appleby, and was Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department of the Jersey office.

Mark graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, he qualified as an English solicitor and as a Jersey advocate. He also obtained a diploma in French Law (Certificate D’Études des Lois Normand et Francaises). Mark has been recommended by Chambers Global and other legal directories as a “leading Individual” lawyer and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences, particularly in relation to financial services regulation.
